As you chat, you’ll learn what’s important when it comes to sleep. You’ll be given relaxation and breathing exercises, and asked to keep a sleep diary. This will help you develop new sleep habits and get you back to sleeping better again.
The initial discussion with the CSS Health Coaches usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes. The next steps will be agreed with you personally in each coaching session.
