Course for strong parents: resilience training

Manage crises and emerge stronger. The course explores the dynamics of family life and develops an understanding of parenthood. Exclusively for persons insured with CSS.

This course costs CHF 50 in total. We will send you an invoice.

The 3 course evenings build upon each other.

Course Outline

No preparation is needed for the first session.
The course is interactive. You decide at any time which information you are willing to share with the group.
Between sessions, you’ll receive exercises and tips to integrate what you’ve learned into everyday family life.

Led by Experts

The course is led by our health coaches who are trained experts with many years of experience in family health.

What the course does not cover

Since the course is progressive, it is not possible to attend just one evening session. The course is for training purposes and isn't a form of therapy. You also won’t receive any specific parenting advice.

The course is exclusive to CSS customers aged 18 and over.

To ensure we can work interactively, the number of participants is limited to a max. of 13 and a min. of 5 people. If fewer than 5 people register, the course will not take place. Participants will be informed in advance.
